Another Eli post and then I'll be putting some Mattaw kids on here. Yesterday was a much needed day for us. I would say mostly for Eli! There's not many options of where to go around here, I think I've mentioned that. No complaints, thats just how it is. So yesterday we got a pass to go to the pool. Bud was taking some friends of ours, Jeff and Carla, and their visitors to the river. Not exactly a kid friendly place. Elisha, Hollie and I headed to the pool. It was nice to relax and not to my surprise, Elisha was a little fish. He really enjoyed the pool! He was ready to jump off the diving board and swim laps but mom wasn't about to let him. Maybe next time! He hasn't been a pool since he was around 6 months old so I wasn't sure what the reaction would be. At first no one was swimming. We sat at the edge of the kiddie pool and he wasn't excited at all about it. We have a little baby float that he would push and I'd swim to go get. That was the extent of his games at the pool. By the end of the day though he was swimming in the float, jumping and splashing in the baby pool, and really enjoying himself. It would get cloudy and chilly but he'd still want to be in the water. We ate french fries there for lunch. Not sure I mentioned we were at the Kitale Club. It's only for members but we usually get signed in. We're thinking when we have our second child, it'll be worth getting a membership. You pay one fee for lifetime and it covers your family. Anyways, it was a fun day. Here are the pictures from it...
Love yall!

Eli is the best, he already knows how to impress girls......
What fun! I'm glad to see you get to enjoy a typical mom/kid thing like a day at the pool. Lucky Elisha gets to spend time with you and the lovely Hollie. He'll be the envy of all at the pool!
Its hard to gelieve our little baby boy is growing up so fast. Hes such a beautiful child. I'm glad he likes the water and ya'll had such a good time.
