His Love triumphs it ALL

It's almost a weekly, and sometimes a daily occurrence to hear of such trauma brought on the weak.  It's enough that could put the whole weight of the world on your shoulders and keep you in bed, hidden away.

A little girl, 10 years old, endangered of being prostituted out in her village.  A blind grandmother, getting stoned often by the local children in her area.  A sweet little baby boy that was abandoned, some people now care and love as their own, discovering he has a disease.  A young girl deceived into having sex with an older man because he said he loved her and that's what society taught her love is.  Rebels attacking villages to steal little boys and brainwash them into being soldiers.  Men trying to kick out missionaries from this country due to their bitterness of not receiving money for their personal gain.  An adoption agency not approving a family because they stood for truth on biblical principles.  Churches burning down, many killed because they were hated for being christians.  "Over 27 million people are enslaved around the world.  This is more than double the Africa enslaves during the trans-atlantic slave trade" -Kevin Bales; Free the Slaves.

All this.  Just heard over the past week.  People I know, some I don't.  The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus said He came that we would live and live abundantly.  We can't loose hope.

Today, I happened to stumble onto the blog of one of my favorite pastors, Kris Valloton.  Searching through, I found an article focusing on why not to listen to the doomsday prophecies.  You know the ones "God's wrath was on 9/11 because of all the abortions".  Those kind.  NOT true prophecy.  I love his view on biblical truths according to the new testament, I posted the article down below to read up more on that particular subject.  But what I really found encouraging is what the end of the blog said.

Love Requires Free Choice

Every time we see the heartless acts of destruction that deeply wound the heart of God, we must remember the depths of God's desire to share love. The nature of love is that it requires us to be able to choose. If God took away our choice, people could only behave in the way that God programmed them to. Wars would cease, hunger would end, and poverty would only be an ancient memory. But the desperate cry of the human heart that beats with passion for a loving relationship with the most beautiful Being in the entire universe would be gone too.
Day after day, a loving Creator looks down on a broken planet longing for the day when the object of His affection will walk hand in hand with Him into indescribable beauty in the halls of eternity. In the meantime, the destruction continues, not because God is angry with man, but rather because men choose to kill, steal and destroy. This is the fruit of those who have chosen the wrong lover (Satan).
Meanwhile, a hateful enemy is stalking a wounded and desperate people. He is seeking to paralyze us with fear, demoralize us with his arrogant boasts of destructive predictions, and harden us with hopelessness. Yet still, the future belongs to those who pray. Prayer is the bridge between what should be and what will be. The diligent prayer of a righteous people will ultimately determine the destiny of our children. Therefore, it is our responsibility to leave to those yet to be born a world in revival as their inheritance. Hanging in the balance of eternity is the ultimate climax of our Creator - the kingdoms of this world becoming the Kingdom of our God.

It reminds me to keep the focus of our mandate as His children, as His victorious bride, as His worshipping warriors.  That we are to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth, NOW.  Release it everywhere we go, pray for it every we go, believe in it everywhere we go.  Not letting what we hear define who God says He is and what His promises hold true to be.  That where there is sickness, we bring life.  Where there is brokeness, we bring hope.  Where there is despair, we bring love.  Love never fails.  The Kingdom is not in words but in power, in demonstration of His great love.  We blame God for the violence and injustice instead of taking action and bringing the authority and love Christ has given us into the situation to change it, destroying the works of the devil.

Isaiah 1:17
Learn to do right! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor. Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.

Psalm 82:3 Do justice to the weak (poor) and fatherless; maintain the rights of the afflicted and needy

Psalm 145:13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.

Matthew 10
7And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand!

Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.
Isaiah 61
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound,
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor][a]and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,
To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit—that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
