It's a...

Baby!  Well, since mostly everyone already dreamed it or guessed it, we'll go ahead and share on here... we're expecting baby number three in January!

After having Claire, I really thought I was done.  Well, I really wanted to be done.  Up until January this year, there's no way I would even think about having another one.  But then I slowly let God change my heart until Bud and I both were very excited about the thought of a third one.  All the excitement I had when finding out about Elisha and Claire, wass felt with this one too.  So in case you caught the picture with no words on Facebook, to spell it out, yes I am pregnant, no my children don't like to randomly rub my belly and we take pictures of it.

Just a few memories to document on here....

We waited quite awhile to tell anyone.  We found out end of May, I think.  We had found out right as teams were starting to come in.  Unfortunately my first trimester, I was very nauseated most of the time, not just mornings.  So if you were on a team, that's mostly why you didn't see me often!

Anna and Keela, who have spent all summer with us and are around me A LOT, just knew it but didn't flat out ask.  However, they BOTH had dreams that I was.  So I was able to play it off when they told me their dreams, then I proceeded to run and call Bud and tell him in shock.

One team totally called it on why I wasn't feeling well and not around much.  I couldn't keep a poker face when they asked at dinner one night.  Sorry mom, someone found out before you!  But then again, my mom knew we'd have another even before we were pregnant.  She was dead set on it happening.  Good call mama.  We called both our parents the week before I left for Denmark to tell them.  I think I heard my mom scream from across the world.  This will be their 8th grand baby and they only have two children.

Claire and Elisha are absolutely thrilled.  They don't really get that the baby is so small now and will grow but sometimes will mention it.  One day while I was in Denmark, the kids were home with Violet and got into a huge yelling argument whether it was a boy or girl.  So Violet (who watches our children) found out from the kids that another one is on the way for her to help me with!

Last week Bud was wrestling the kids on the floor and they wanted to wrestle with me but Bud had to explain how they can't jump on mommy's tummy where the baby is.  This brought up more arguments of boy or girl.  They both think its a boy now but we aren't finding out!  (i know, this is a new chapter in my life, for once I want a surprise!)  Anyway, so then Bud asks them what the name should be and immediately Elisha yells:  Tarzan!  We got a good laugh from that.  No idea where that came from but I can tell you if its a boy, his name will not be Tarzan :).  And I sure hope that's not prophetic of his personality.  I'm asking for a tad calmer child this round.  Happy with whoever or however he/she is though, we're pretty nuts to add another but I guess that's how we roll.  Raising up an army!  Or a football team... Or a traveling circus.

So I've mentioned how we have three new little ones at Mattaw.  I didn't realize how huge Claire has gotten until I caught her mothering them.

So she is in full swing of loving babies and I'm hoping that means bottle feeding and diaper changing is in her near future :).

And just for fun, wanted to throw this picture in to show why it's not often I have pictures of Bud on here.  He is on the move, a lot.  Any pictures I happen to snap, he's blurry.

So our family and ministry is every increasing!  At first I was dead set on having this one in Kenya.  Bud usually doesn't like to leave Kenya anyways.  But while in Denmark, God really put on his heart that we are supposed to be stateside for this one too.  So the plan is to be back in the grand ole' state of Texas in November, have baby in January, then be back sometime in March or after, who knows.  God knows.   So we won't travel too much but do look forward to seeing those that the Lord would lead us to, especially our family!

And can someone PLEASE send me some chick-fil-a... my biggest craving at the moment.  With lots of heinz ketchup and polynesian sauce.
